Wear OS
The card is
already on
your wrist.
Star a card on your phone and it appears on your watch. It is a real app with its own copy of the card, so it works with your phone in your bag or in another room.
One swipe from the watch face, hold it out, done.
Free. No account, no sign-up, no email address.

How it works
Your favourite cards, one swipe away.
A tile on your watch face
The card you used last sits in a Wear OS tile, in the shop's own colour. One swipe and it is on screen.
Works without your phone
Favourites are stored on the watch itself, so they open even when your phone is out of range.
Stays in step
Star a card on your phone and it shows up on your watch on its own. No need to open the watch app first.
Only the cards you choose
Not your whole jar. Only the cards you star go to the watch, and only what it needs to show them.
Honest about scanning
It tells you when your phone is the better bet.
Striped barcodes are hard for some tills to read on a screen as small as a watch.
So for those cards the watch says “Might not scan here” and suggests your phone. It says it once per card, and Show it anyway is right there, because plenty of tills read it fine.
QR, Aztec and Data Matrix codes are different: they scan well from a watch.

Straight from your phone to your watch.
Favourites go directly from your phone to your paired watch. Nothing passes through us.
A watch is often left unlocked, so if there is a card you would rather not have on your wrist, just do not star it. Only favourites are sent.
Questions about the watch
Which watches does it run on?
Wear OS watches. The watch app comes from the same Google Play listing as the phone app, so it is one tap to install once the phone app is on.
Does it work with my phone out of range?
Yes. The watch keeps its own copy of your favourites, so they work with no phone nearby.
What about Apple Watch?
There is no Apple Watch app. The iPhone app is on the App Store, but the watch app is Wear OS only.
Will a supermarket scanner read my watch?
For QR, Aztec and Data Matrix codes, usually yes. For striped barcodes such as EAN-13, often not, because the screen is too narrow for many tills. CardJar tells you which kind your card is before you get to the till.
Can I get my whole jar on the watch?
No, only the cards you star. That keeps the watch quick and keeps everything else off your wrist.
