A card CardJar has never heard of still works perfectly. Type a name, pick a colour, and it sits in the jar beside the rest.
Nobody learns which cards you carry
Most apps would fetch a shop's logo when you add its card. That one request tells whoever runs the server that you hold a Boots card, and across a whole wallet it adds up to a list of every card you carry.
CardJar does not. The lists for all 12 countries come with the app, so it never looks a card up online. New shops arrive with app updates.
